FLOW WARRIORS

The intentions with this study are to discover the effectiveness of our products and methods in the participants' ability to enter and exit Flow States effectively and at will.

If you have and are able to enter Flow State through an activity that you have already trained in, we ask that you do the primer activities as they fit into your established routine. The use of the essential oils blend IGNITE will occur at the beginning of your activity. This is intended to assist your mental hardware to map the experience in relation to the fragrance.  

Near the conclusion of your Flow activity, you will use DESCENT to prepare your physiology to gently end your Flow state. This is intended to form an easing off of the neurochemicals that have increased during the Flow experience. The fragrance entrains one’s mental hardware creating an association prompt that one can utilize to gently exit Flow experience, thus extending the positive effects of Flow while diminishing the negative impacts.

Once the mental hardware is entrained towards creating a Flow state utilizing the mapping formed by the fragrance, the user may utilize that essence to enter into Flow states white doing other or different activities.

1 You will first decide on an activity for which you believe Flow would be beneficial. 

2 Go to the Web page and take the Pre-survey answering all questions

3 Place one to two drops of IGNITE on the center of a palm and rub the hands together.

4 Place the hands gently over the nose and inhale deeply for a count of six, then exhale for a count of three. Envision your optimal state off Flow. See, hear and feel where that is and what you are doing. Allow that feeling to anchor into this moment of being.

5 Proceed with Flow activity

6 When you are nearing the end of that activities time ( within the last 10 minutes ) 

7 Place one to two drops of DESCENT on the center of a palm and rub the hands together.

8 Place the hands gently over the face and inhale deeply for a count of three, then exhale for a count of six.

9 Repeat three times while envisioning your desired state of restfulness.

10 Once you have returned to a phone or computer

11 Go to the Web page and take the Post-survey answering all questions

Please take the pre test before beginning your Flow session. Then take the post test within two hours of ending your Flow activity.
